Sake bombs on a first date is always fun

Restaurant Rating: 🍣🍣🍣🍣🍣 out of 5. I quite enjoy Sushiholic, their happy hour is perfect! The salmon nigiri is super buttery. The crunch roll, New York roll, and tootsie roll also smack. Wash it down with a coupe sake bombs and it’s a party. The only downside is parking. The parking lot is tiny and a hassle.

Date Rating: 🔥🔥🔥 out of 5. I’ve been missing my exes and it’s so awful. All I currently one is someone that can binge watch Power with me, have a date night a week, turn up with me on the weekends, and then take me home. Same old shit. I was super excited to meet up with Francisco because of this friends with benefit potential. But then, he didn’t look like his pictures. That’s okay, right? He had such a warm and genuine personality and made me laugh. Until about 15 minutes in, we started talking about engineering and the butterflies all died. And it’s not like I wasn’t interested, I was learning so much. It’s just it was too friendly at that point. I don’t think he was all that into me. I was talking about I was a hopeless romantic and he gave me a high five lol and then he barely hugged me when we left. A humbling experience that’s for sure. He’s just moved to Phoenix and dating apps are the quickest way to meet friends. I’ll invite him to a happy hour with my girl friends and maybe he’ll hit it off with one of them!
